Present Community are a group of artists from Glasgow who have a history of working among people in the places they are. There is a focus on the Community Arts as a historical movement with a class basis, which created direct action to both combat social conditions and create culture. Present Community work across a broad range of disciplines including procession, puppetry, theatre, sculpture, textiles and horticulture often engaging with other organisations and networks of practice in the process.
